ORDINANCE NO. 04-15

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING HOURLY SALARIES

FOR SCHOOL CROSSING GUARDS WITHIN THE

BOROUGH OF HILLSDALE, IN THE COUNTY OF

BERGEN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Borough Council of Hillsdale, in the County of Bergen, State of New Jersey as follows:

SECTION 1. The hourly rate of compensation for persons holding the position of School Crossing Guard shall be as follows:

Minimum Maximum

2004 $ 10.52 $ 19.25

2005 $ 10.91 $ 19.97

2006 $ 11.32 $ 20.72

2007 $ 11.75 $ 21.49

2008 $ 12.19 $ 22.30

SECTION 2. All Ordinances and resolutions inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed as to such inconsistencies.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately after final passage, approval and publication of notice thereof as required by law, and the provisions of this Ordinance shall be retroactive to January 1, 2004.
