ORDINANCE NO. 04-18
AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
VARIOUS CHAPTERS;
AND MAKING CERTAIN
CHANGES IN
PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCES.
The following Chapters of the Code of the Borough of Hillsdale are amended and supplemented to include the following sections as follows:
Section I:
Article II, Cats, License fees From: $6.00 to $8.00
Chapter 88, Alcoholic Beverages From: $2000 to $2,500
Chapter 310, Land Use, sale of Master Plan $50.00
Section 2:
All ordinances or any provisions of any ordinance inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to such inconsistencies.
Section 3:
If any section, sub-section, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Ordinance.
Section 4:
This Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication in accordance with law.
