ORDINANCE NO. 04-20

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORD 04-06 ESTABLISHING RECREATION FEES FOR THE YEAR 2004 IN THE BOROUGH OF HILLSDALE, COUNTY OF BERGEN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY

BE IT ORDAINED by the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale, in the County of Bergen, and State of New Jersey as follows:

SECTION 3. The "Hillsdale Recreation Program Fees" is hereby amended and supplemented to add the following program fees:

Art Program Fees:

a) Session I for six weeks - $100.00

b) Session II for five weeks - $85.00

c) Both sessions I and II - $180.00

SECTION 3. All ordinances and resolutions inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to such inconsistencies.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately after final passage, approval and publication of notice thereof as required by law.
