ORDINANCE NO. 05-20

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT CHAPTER 292, "VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC" OF THE BOROUGH CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF HILLSDALE, COUNTY OF BERGEN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY

Be it ordained by the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale, in the County of Bergen and State of New Jersey as follows:

SectionI, Article II. "Traffic Regulations are hereby amended and supplemented to read as follows:

292-8 "Reserved"

Section II. Article VII. "Schedules", is hereby amended and supplemented to read as follows:

292-42 "Reserved".

Section III.

All ordinances or any provisions of any ordinance inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to such inconsistencies and not otherwise.

Section IV.

If any section, sub-section, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Ordinance.

Section V.

This Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication in accordance with law.
