ORDINANCE NO. 05-23

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORD 05-05 ESTABLISHING RECREATION FEES OF THE HILLSDALE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF HILLSDALE, COUNTY OF BERGEN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY

The Hillsdale Recreation Fees of the Code of the Borough of Hillsdale is amended as follows:

Section 1:

Adult Yoga Program: six week session $180.00 per person.

Section 2:

All ordinances or any provisions of any ordinance inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed as to such inconsistencies.

Section 3:

If any section, sub-section, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Ordinance.

Section 4:

This Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication in accordance with law.
