BE IT ORDAINED by the Borough Council of the Borough of
Hillsdale as follows:

take an oath of office. Volunteer
shall include

but not be limited to Mayor and Council, Fire Department ,
Department of Health, Environmental Commission
|
|
|
Historian, Recreation Committee, Swimming Pool Commission,
Hillsdale Board of Education, Police
|
|
|
|
Reserve and Ambulance.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION II:
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Chapter 71:
"Swimming Pool Commission", Section 71-2 Members is hereby
amended and supplemented as follows:
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
MEMBERS:

|

|
|
|
|
|
|

Compensation: The member of the
commission shall serve without salary or other compensation for their
service.
|
|
Excluded from the prohibition is membership rate afforded
Borough Volunteers.

|
|

This ordinance shall take effect immediately after final
passage, approval and publication of notice thereof as

required by law, and the provisions of this ordinance
shall be retroactive to January 1, 2010.
