Title:
Performance Bond Reduction for Block 101, Lot 3 & 4
WHEREAS, in June of 2004 a
Developers Agreement was entered into between Baldanza Construction and the
Borough of Hillsdale; and
WHEREAS, Baldanza Construction has
requested a reduction in the Performance Bond at this site from $795,150.00 to
$476,118.00
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineers office has conducted a site inspection of
this subdivision and have determined that a reduction in the Performance Bond
is recommended; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that
the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hillsdale hereby authorize the
reduction of the Performance Bond for
Block 101, Lot 3 & 4 to $476,118.00.
