Title:
Authorize Mayor to sign Contract with Mancom Manufacturing
WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale
issued specifications for the installation of Target Retrieval System for the
Police Firing Range; and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale
received bids for the retrieval system on November 3, 2004; and
WHEREAS, Mancom Manufacturing, 1335 Osprey Drive, Ancaster, Ontario, Canada
in the amount of $47,772.74;
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale that the Mayor is authorized to execute the contract
for the retrieval system with
Mancom Manufacturing.
