RESOLUTION

Title: Police Firing Range Ventilation System

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale issued specifications for the installation of a ventilation system in the firing range; and

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale received bids for said installation on June 7, 2004; and

WHEREAS, Air Purifiers, Inc., Rockaway, N.J. submitted a bid in the amount of $63,139.00; and

WHEREAS, there has been filed with the Borough Council the certification required by the procedural resolution adopted by the Local Finance Board on October 20, 1975, pursuant to R.S. 52:27BB-10;

Based upon the annexed certification of availability of funds, it is hereby determined that the funds required for the hereinafter authorized contract is appropriated in the Municipal Budget and that there shall remain under said appropriation a sufficient balance to pay for the expenditure hereby authorized;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale that the contract for this project be awarded to Air Purifiers, Inc., Rockaway, N.J. and the Mayor and Borough Clerk are authorized to execute this contract.
