RESOLUTION

Title: Award Bid for Acquisition of Bleachers

at Various Parks

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale issued specifications for the acquisition of bleachers for certain parks; and

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale received bids for said bleachers on July 12, 2004; and

 

WHEREAS,  All Star Bleachers, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $16,893; and

 

WHEREAS, there has been filed with the Borough Council the certification required by the procedural resolution adopted by the Local Finance Board on October 20, 1975, pursuant to R.S. 52:27BB-10;

 

Based upon the annexed certification of availability of funds, it is hereby determined that the funds required for the hereinafter authorized contract is appropriated in the Municipal Budget and that there shall remain under said appropriation a sufficient balance to pay for the expenditure hereby authorized;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale that the contract for these bleachers be awarded to All Star Bleachers, Inc., 6550 New Tampa Highway, Lakeland, Florida 33815.
