RESOLUTION

Title:
Rejecting 2004 Street Improvement Program Bid
WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale
received bids for the 2004 Street Improvement Program on August 10, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the bid received exceeded
the funding available for said project;
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of
Hillsdale, that the bid for the 2004 Street Improvement Program is hereby
rejected; and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the Borough Administrator be and is hereby
authorized to re-advertise for the 2004 Street Improvement Program.
