Title: Enter
into a Lease Agreement for Network Black & White/Color Printing, Copying,
Scanning
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has
terminated for one office staff copy machine; and
WHEREAS, it is now prudent to enter
into a lease agreement for a machine that provides network printing,
black/white and color copying, faxing capability, network scanning, and
document storage; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that
the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hillsdale hereby authorize the Borough
Clerk to enter into a five year lease agreement with Ricoh Business Systems,
215 College Road, Paramus, NJ for a model: Aficio 2238C.
