Title: Adjust 2004 Extended Tax Duplicate Block
1523, Lot 2.01
WHEREAS, as a result of a
sub-division, duplicate payments have occurred on Block 1523, Lot 2.01; and
WHEREAS, the 2004 tax duplicate
reflects the full assessment and the Assessor is requesting a refund in the
amount of $1,662.00 be issued to Columbia Bank on Block 1523, Lot 2.01. The homeowner is Nicholas Botta, 53 Wilts
Avenue, Hillsdale, NJ;
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hillsdale shall authorize
the tax collector to adjust the 2004 Extended Tax Duplicate and Tax Program on
the computer accordingly to reflect the reduction in the assessment on this
property and issue a refund to Columbia Bank.
