RESOLUTION

Title:
Agreement to Provide Gasoline/Diesel Fuel to the Borough of Hillsdale
WHEREAS, resolution 05035 authorizes
the Borough Administrator to negotiate for gasoline and diesel fuel for the
Borough of Hillsdale; and
WHEREAS, the
Borough of Hillsdale wishes to enter a two year agreement with Falasca Brothers
Friendly Service, 318 Broadway, Hillsdale, NJ, for gasoline and diesel fuel; and
WHEREAS, the pump price would be
determined in a load to load basis and the charges for each grade would be the
current price at the pumps less all Federal, State, and Excise taxes; and
WHEREAS, this agreement is contingent
upon the Borough of Hillsdale filing an application for a Valero account for
authorized Borough vehicles only.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, by
the Borough Council that Borough Clerk Sandt is hereby authorized to sign said
agreement.
