Title:
Cancellation of Capital Improvement Balances
WHEREAS, the CAPITAL FUND of the
Borough of Hillsdale has various Capital Improvement fund balances outstanding;
and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council does
not intend to expend such balances;
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following amounts be cancelled and transferred to the capital
fund balance (surplus).
