Title:
Appointing Electrical Sub-Code Official
WHEREAS, the appointment of Acting
Electrical Sub-Code Official Gerald Hennessy has expired; and
WHEREAS, N.J.S.A.
52:27D-126 provides municipalities the authority to appoint the Electrical
Sub-Code Official and it is in the best interest of the Borough of Hillsdale to
do so; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Hillsdale hereby appoint Gerald Hennessy as Electrical Sub-Code Official for
the Borough of Hillsdale and said appointment shall be effective retroactively
from January 4, 2005 for a term ending December 31, 2008.
