Title:
Interlocal Services Agreement with Hillsdale Board of Education for Handicap
Ramp at Smith School
WHEREAS, the Borough wishes to provide
increased pedestrian and handicapped accessibility to the Upper Smith School
athletic field so parents and residents can safely and conveniently watch
school sporting events on the field; and
WHEREAS, the
Borough of Hillsdale and the Hillsdale Board of Education are desirous of
entering into an Interlocal Services Agreement for the construction of
improvements to, the funding of and the use of handicapped accessible ramp; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, the Borough Council hereby authorizes Acting
Mayor James Bogle, III to execute the aforesaid agreement for Interlocal
Services.
