RESOLUTION

Title: Canceling of Taxes on Borough Properties (formerly DRH)

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale tax rolls contain properties with owners listed as the Borough of Hillsdale as follows:

 

Bl. 1106 Lot 4.01 - 465 Hillsdale Avenue

Bl. 1106 Lot 4.02 - 471 Hillsdale Avenue

Bl. 1106 Lot 4.03 - 475 Hillsdale Avenue

Bl. 1106 Lot 4.04 - 481 Hillsdale Avenue

 

WHEREAS, the classification on these properties has not been changed to exempt status and show tax amounts due; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council hereby authorize the Tax Collector to remove the tax amount due on the aforementioned properties and that a certified copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Tax Collector, Tax Assessor and the Borough Auditor.
