RESOLUTION

Title: Block & Lot Renumbering by the Tax Assessor Office on Certain Properties.

 

WHEREAS, an examination of certain properties in the 2005 Tax Duplicate book, Lot numbers where not adjusted to reflect the current Tax Map of the Borough of Hillsdale; and

 

WHEREAS, the following Lots are to be adjusted:

Block 1405 Lot 22.01 to 22 & 23                       Block 1505 Lot 8.01 to 8 & 9

Block 1519 Lot 11.01 to 11 & 12                       Block 1526 Lot 13.01 to 13

Block 1526 Lot 22.01 to 22                                Block 1602 Lot 2 to 13

Block 1607 Lot 1.1 to 1.01                         Block 1607 Lot 2.1 to 2.01

Block 1607 Lot 5.1 to 5.01                         Block 1607 Lot 6.1 to 6.01

Block 1607 Lot 7.1 to 7.01                         Block 1607 Lot 11.1 to 11.01

Block 1607 Lot 14.1 to 14.01                           Block 1624 Lot 3.01 to 3

Block 1624 Lot 4.01 to 4                                                                           

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mayor and Council shall authorize the Tax Collector to transfer and adjust the 2006 Extended Tax Duplicate to reflect the corrected Block and Lot numbers.
