Title: Approve
Refund for Tax Overpayment as per County Board Judgment, Block 1308, Lot 1
WHEREAS, a County Board Judgment has
corrected the property land assessment for Block 1308, Lot 1, 60 Broadway
resulting in a reduction in assessed value for years 2004, 2005, and 2006; and
WHEREAS, the
reduction in assessment created an overpayment as follows:

$404.24
2005
$1,397.44
2006
$1,508.60
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that
the Mayor and Council hereby authorize the Tax Collector to adjust 2004, 2005,
and 2006 assessment accordingly and refund a total of $3,310.28 to Michael A.
Vespasiano, Attorney, in trust for Varian Nazarian, the property owner of 60
Broadway, in accord with the County Board Judgment.
