Title: Approve
Refund for Tax Overpayment, Block 504, Lot 23
WHEREAS, the property land
assessment for Block 504, Lot 23, 88 Hillsdale Court has been corrected by the
Tax Assessor resulting in a decrease in assessed value; and
WHEREAS, the
decrease in assessment for
2004 created an overpayment of $391.20 and for 2005,
$422.40; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that
the Mayor and Council hereby authorize the Tax Collector to refund taxes on
Block 504, Lot 23 in the amount of $813.60.
