Title: Authorization of Thomas Randall to Complete
Certain Legal Work
WHEREAS, there are certain pending legal matters which in the
interest of the Borough should be completed by Thomas Randall; and
WHEREAS, authorization is necessary for such action;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Thomas Randall is hereby authorized to complete the following legal work at the establish rate for attorneys:
1. Acquisition of :
Block 909 Lot 7
Block 908 Lot 16
Block 1111 Lots 1 & 2
2. Acquisition of a Portion of Saddlewood Hills Property Hillsdale Avenue B503 L4, exclusive of the any necessary subdivision.
3. Completion of a personnel matter investigation as previously authorized.
4. Report to the Board on any Tax Appeals for further action of the
Board.
