Title:
Application for Person To Person Transfer of Liquor License
WHEREAS, an application has been
filed for a person to person transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License
Number 0227-33-007-013, from Pegill, Inc. located at 84 Broadway, Hillsdale,
New Jersey, to 4 Palms, LLC; and
WHEREAS, the Person to Person
Transfer application is complete, has been legally advertised, transfer fees have
been paid, and no written objections to the transfer of the license have been
received; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, by
the Hillsdale Borough Council that the transfer of a Person to Person Liquor
License for the aforementioned licensee is hereby approved.
