RESOLUTION

Title: Rejecting Broadway Sidewalk Improvement Project Bid

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale received bids for the Broadway Sidewalk Improvement Project Bid on June 19, 2006; and

WHEREAS, the bid received exceeded the funding available for said project;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale, that the bid for the Broadway Sidewalk Improvement Project is hereby rejected; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Borough Administrator be and is hereby authorized to re-advertise for the Broadway Sidewalk Improvement Project.
