RESOLUTION

Title:
Developers Agreement Release of Performance Guarantee for Block 1523, Lots 4.01
& 4.02
WHEREAS, Valmato Construction
entered into a Developers Agreement with the Borough of Hillsdale; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineers
office has conducted final inspections and recommends the release of the
performance guarantee in the amount of $84,034.80 with the receipt and approval
of a two-year maintenance guarantee in the amount of 15% of the installed
improvements or $10,350.00; and
WHEREAS, the maintenance guarantee
may be in the form of a bond or letter of credit; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that
the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hillsdale authorize the release of the
performance guarantee for Block 1523, Lots 4.01 & 4.02 (204 and 208
Knickerbocker, at Broadway).
