Title:
Interlocal Agreement with the Borough of Northvale for the 2007 Leaf Removal
Program
WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale
requires a properly authorized site to deposit leaves and related debris to be
accumulated during the Fall of 2007; and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Northvale
has such space available and has agreed to enter into a Interlocal Agreement
with Hillsdale to allow the deposit of said materials on that site; and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale will pay the Borough of
Northvale at $6.00 per cubic yard; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that
Mayor Deutsch is authorized to execute this Interlocal Agreement with the
Borough of Northvale for the 2007 Leaf Removal Program.
