RESOLUTION

Title: Authorize Energy Review

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale is seeking ways to conserve and reduce energy costs; and

 

WHEREAS, NextGen Technology, LLC will examine the energy costs in the Borough of Hillsdale in conjunction with several surrounding towns; and

 

WHEREAS, this would be a first step toward seeking proposals for lower energy (kilowatt) costs; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council hereby authorize Administrator Harold Karns to provide energy bill information to NextGen Technology, LLC.
