Title: Authorize
Change Order Adjustment 2006 Road Program
WHEREAS, resolution 07026, dated
January 16, 2007 approved Change order Number 1, 2006 Road Program, English
Paving; and
WHEREAS, the transmittal letter
stipulated a different total contract amount; and
WHEREAS; the executed change order
amount is correct; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, the
Mayor and Council authorize the Contract Sum be adjusted to reflect the correct
total noting that the executed change order amount remains the same.
