Order #1 – 2007 Road Program Crossroads Construction
Whereas, the original contract for
Crossroads Construction of $244,143.00 has been amended to $265,432.92, an
increase of $21,289.92 to accommodate the installation of traffic islands,
paving of an emergency sanitary sewer trench, sidewalks at Memorial Field, and
drainage improvements at Borough Hall.
Be It Resolved
by the Borough
Council of the Borough of Hillsdale that Change Order #1, 2007 Road Program
Crossroads Construction in the Borough of Hillsdale, as directed by Borough
Engineer Statile, in the form annexed hereto and
hereto made part of, be and the same is hereby approved.
