RESOLUTION

Title: Rejecting Bids for Barrier Free Improvements Stonybrook Swim Club

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale received bids for Barrier Free Improvements Stonybrook Swim Club on August 16, 2007; and

WHEREAS, the bids received exceeded the funding available for said project;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale, that the bids for Barrier Free Improvements Stonybrook Swim Club are hereby rejected.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Borough Clerk is hereby authorized to re bid for Barrier Free Improvements Stonybrook Swim Club.
