RESOLUTION

Title: Developers Agreement, Block 1525,
WHEREAS, the Hillsdale Planning
Board, in January 2007, approved the application presented by Pascack Community
Bank with respect to Block 1525, lots 9 & 10 for a minor subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the applicant shall enter
into a Developer’s Agreement with the Borough of Hillsdale to ensure compliance
with the terms of the Planning Board Resolution; and
WHEREAS, all requirements to this
Developers Agreement have been met; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED,
that Mayor John Sapanara is authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of
the Borough.
