RESOLUTION

Title: Approving Water Main Extension on Cross Street.

 

WHEREAS, United Water is applying for a 140 foot extension of a water main on Cross Street; and

 

WHEREAS, United Water New Jersey requests an “Approval of Extension” from the Borough of Hillsdale; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Municipal Clerk Robert P. Sandt is hereby authorized by the Borough Council to sign the “Approval of Extension” for the installation of a 140 foot water main extension on Cross Street west from Central Avenue by United Water New Jersey.
