RESOLUTION

Title: Animal Control Services Contract

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale is required by the State of New Jersey to provide Animal Control Services by a State-Certified Individual or Corporation; and

 

WHEREAS, Tyco Animal Control Service has been properly accredited by the State of New Jersey to perform such services; and

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale wishes to renew a contract for the year 2008 with Tyco Animal Services for said Animal Control Services for the sum of $10,200.00; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale, that the Mayor and Borough Clerk be and are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Tyco Animal Control Service for the provision of Animal Control Services.
