Title: Consent
to Operate a Limousine Service
WHEREAS, Timothy P. O’Reilly, Sr.,
DBA, A Better Car & Limo Service, 51 Central Avenue has made application
for the operation of a limousine service within the Borough of Hillsdale; and
WHEREAS, Mr. O’Reilly has submitted
proof of insurance and a Special Power of Attorney to the Borough Clerk as
required by Ordinance 86-18; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, by
the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale that consent is hereby given
for the operation of a limousine service, one vehicle, by A Better Car &
Limo Service, to be operated at
