RESOLUTION

Title: Designating Officials for Safe Deposit Boxes

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale, that the Borough Clerk and the Borough Administrator be and they are hereby authorized and directed to secure by rental agreement from Commerce Bank, 450 Hillsdale Avenue, Hillsdale, New Jersey, safe deposit boxes for the safekeeping of valuable Borough records and documents; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Borough Clerk or the Borough Administrator are hereby designated as the officials to have access thereto; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following are the specimen signatures of the persons now holding the aforesaid offices;
