RESOLUTION

Title: Redemption Authorization of a Tax Sale Certificate

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale held their Tax Sale on October 3, 2007 and at that time, a Tax Title Lien Certificate was sold for Block 1111, Lot 7, known as 27 Glendale Avenue, property owner, the Estate of Penelope La Buda to Robert U. Del Vecchio; and

 

WHEREAS, the Tax Title Lien Certificate has been redeemed in the amount of $7,993.37; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hillsdale that they authorize the Finance Officer to issue the following checks from:
