RESOLUTION

Title:
Authorization for Computer Service Agreement
WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale
issued specifications for the servicing of its computer network system, desktop
computers, and e-mail server; and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale
received quotes for the servicing and maintenance of the equipment; and
WHEREAS, Authorinet Consulting, LLC
submitted the lowest contract price in the amount of $19,000.00 per year as per
the AdVantage Complete Service Level Agreement attached and made part of this
resolution; and
WHEREAS, said contract has been
reviewed and approved by the Borough Attorney; and
WHEREAS, there has been filed with
the Borough Council the certification required by the procedural resolution
adopted by the Local Finance Board on October 20, 1975, pursuant to R.S.
52:27BB-10; Based upon the annexed
certification of availability of funds, it is hereby determined that the funds
required for the hereinafter authorized contract is appropriated in the
Municipal Budget, Capital, and Escrow Trust Funds and that there shall remain
under said appropriation a sufficient balance to pay for the expenditure hereby
authorized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, by
the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale that the contract for Computer
Service of the Borough network system, desktop computers and e-mail server is
awarded to Authorinet Consulting LLC, 179 Cahill Cross Road, Suite 212, West
Milford, NJ 07480, for the one year period following execution of the Agreement
and the Mayor and Borough Clerk are authorized to execute this Agreement.
