Title: Developers
Agreement Release of Maintenance Guarantee, Block 1306,
WHEREAS, Hasbrouck Heights Inc., (KFC
Restaurant) entered into a Developers Agreement with the Borough of Hillsdale
for a major site plan application at 2 Broadway; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineers
office has conducted final inspections and recommends the release of the
Performance Guarantee; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that
the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hillsdale authorize the release of the
Maintenance Guarantee (Provident Bank) in the amount of $45,565.00.
