Title: Appointing
Harold Ritvo as Attorney for COAH Disputes
WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale
desires to appoint an Attorney to negotiate on their behalf for any COAH
objections filed with the Council on Affordable Housing; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, the
Borough Council hereby appoints Harold Ritvo
as Attorney for COAH disputes.
