Title: Appoint
Representatives for COAH Mediation
WHEREAS, in accordance with N.J.A.C.
5:96-3.7 the municipality shall designate their representatives, authorize the
representatives to negotiate on their behalf, and also authorize one or more of
the representatives to execute any written agreement reached during mediation
on their behalf; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, the
Council desires to designate Council member Arnowitz, Planning Board member
Jason DeGise, Borough Administrator Victor Polce, and Caroline Reiter the Municipal Planner.
