Title: REFUND TAX PAYMENTS

WHEREAS, refinancing and County Board Judgments resulted in duplicate tax payments on the properties listed below for the year 2008 and one for 2006..

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of

Hillsdale authorize the Tax Collector to refund to First American the following taxes:
