RESOLUTION

Title: Authorize Additional Audit Services

 

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Hillsdale to request additional Audit services to monitor and advise on its financial systems; and

 

WHEREAS, Garbarini & Co. P.C. has been appointed as Borough Auditor for the year 2009; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Borough Administrator is hereby authorized to extend the auditing/financial services with Garbarini & Co. P.C. not to exceed $10,000.00 above the contracted amount for the year 2009.
