RESOLUTION

Title: Requesting the Approval of the Director of Local Government Services to Defer School Taxes.

 

WHEREAS, the Regional High School tax levy for the 2008-2009 school year is $8,895,807.39; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Borough of Hillsdale does hereby request the consent of the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs to defer $592,359.53 not in excess of 50% of the 2008-2009 levy.
