BOROUGH OF HILLSDALE

 

RESOLUTION

Title: Interlocal Agreement with the Borough of Northvale for a Three Year Leaf Removal Program

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale requires a properly authorized site to deposit leaves and related debris; and

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Northvale has such space available and has agreed to enter into a three year Interlocal Agreement with Hillsdale to allow the deposit of said materials on that site; and

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale will pay the Borough of Northvale as follows:

2009    $6.50 per cubic yard

2010    $6.75 per cubic yard

2011    $7.00 per cubic yard

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mayor Sapanara is authorized to execute a three year Interlocal Agreement with the Borough of Northvale for the Leaf Removal Program.
