RESOLUTION

Title: Developers Agreement, Windowbox, Block 1205,
WHEREAS, the Hillsdale Planning
Board, in September 2009, approved the application presented by Windowbox Properties, LLC with respect to Block 1205, lot
12 for a minor subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the applicant shall enter
into a Developer’s Agreement with the Borough of Hillsdale to ensure compliance
with the terms of the Planning Board Resolution; and
WHEREAS, all requirements to this
Developers Agreement have been met; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED,
that Mayor John Sapanara is authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of
the Borough.
