BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale, in the County of Bergen and State of New Jersey, that NVE Bank (Northern Valley Englewood) is hereby designated as an official depository of the Borough of Hillsdale for the fiscal year of 2009.
