Title: Hillsdale House Tax Abatement Agreement Extension

 

WHEREAS, there exists between the Hillsdale Senior Housing Corp., 32 Piermont Avenue and the Borough of Hillsdale a Tax Abatement Agreement dated June 13, 1983; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Hillsdale Borough Council that Acting Mayor Donna Schiavone is authorized to sign the Tax Abatement Agreement Extension that is attached and made part of this resolution.
