Title: Appointing
a Municipal Certified Recycling Coordinator
WHEREAS, as per P.L. 2007, Chapter
311 each municipality in this State shall designate one or more persons as the
municipal certified recycling coordinator; and
WHEREAS, Keith Durie, Public Works
Superintendent, has completed the requirements in the various aspects of
recycling program management as set forth in Chapter 311; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, the
Borough Council hereby appoints Keith Durie as the Municipal Certified
Recycling Coordinator for the one year term ending December 31, 2009.
