the Borough Clerk to Advertise for Requests for Qualifications for Borough
Professionals.
BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to N.J.S.A.
19:44A-20.4, et seq. that the Borough Clerk is hereby authorized to advertise
for the above mentioned services for the following positions:
Borough Attorney
Borough Auditor
Borough Appraiser
Borough Bond Counsel
Borough Labor Attorney
Attorney for Tax Appeals
Borough Prosecutor
Borough Public Defender
Risk Management Insurance
Consultant
