RESOLUTION

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

Title: Interlocal Agreement Between the Borough of Hillsdale and the Borough of Emerson for Chief Financial Officer Services.

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale and the Borough of Emerson have expressed interest in a Interlocal Agreement for shared Chief Financial Officer services; and

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Emerson will provide the Borough of Hillsdale with certified Chief Financial Services for $3,291.66 per month; and

 

WHEREAS, this agreement shall be effective from December 1, 2009 through May 31, 2010 on a trial basis with an option for renewal; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale hereby authorize an Interlocal Agreement with the Borough of Emerson for Chief Financial Officer services.
